LOKK AI is a small GTA team. Luka handles the conversations: he'll meet you, learn how your business runs, and coach you on using your assistant. His technical partner builds and looks after the systems behind it.
We work with a handful of contractors at a time so every client gets real attention.

Do I need to be good with computers?
No. If you can send a text, you can use it. We handle the setup, the fixes and the training.
Will it talk to my customers without me knowing?
Not unless you want it to. At the start, every message to a customer waits for your approval. You can switch that off job by job once you trust it.
What does it connect to?
Usually your email, Google Drive or Dropbox, QuickBooks, and job software like Jobber or Housecall Pro. We confirm what fits on the first call.
What if it makes a mistake or stops working?
We monitor it and get alerted when something goes wrong. Fixing it is part of what you pay for, usually before you notice.
How much does it cost?
It depends on how many jobs you hand over. We quote a fixed setup and a flat monthly fee on the call, with no surprises. It costs a fraction of hiring an office person.
